Dear Members,
We are a digital consultancy based in India, currently facing a cross-border payment default involving a foreign client. The matter concerns the development and complete handover of a custom booking engine platform under a well-defined service agreement. Despite confirmed delivery, written approvals, and production-level usage, the client has failed to remit the agreed payments totaling ₹3.3 Lakhs INR.
After multiple follow-ups and two formal legal notices served via Indian counsel, there has been no response, indicating wilful non-compliance and cross-border bad-faith conduct.
We are urgently looking for a lawyer who can assist with:
-
Legal escalation and recovery proceedings in India (civil and/or criminal as applicable)
-
Advisory on coordinating international legal action or representation through Greek counterparts
-
Support with trade/diplomatic/embassy-level follow-up
-
Blacklisting or reporting to trade and outsourcing grievance networks
-
Preferably open to a contingency-based or success-based fee arrangement
Complete documentation—contracts, invoices, delivery records, written assurances, legal notices, and communications—is available for review.
Kindly respond or DM if you can assist or refer a suitable legal contact.
