I have 1 question. my charges has been fixed in 498a, in last hearing.
what wil be in next hearing. my new lawyer (lawyer changed in this stage) told that in next hearing she wil give her statment in front of court and it is advisible to cross question after giving her new statment. Is it correct? pl advise correct procedure
