My Brother Divorced his wife as per Muslim Law and after the Divorce his Wife and In laws filed a Dowry case 498a and DP act on our complete family including all our relatives. Alhamdullilah all the people secured bail. and few of them live in USA and they just came to attend the marraige still his crazy in laws included their names in the FIR. Howver after investigation Chargesheet is filed in the court now the girl has challenged the court about the removal of names from the charge sheet. I would like to know what will be the action in the court for that petition. Further i would like to add that HC has stayed the proceeding on this FIR still the POlice has submitted the Charge Sheet. My Brothers Father in law is asking a Huge amount to with draw the cases.
Kindly advise how to counter them and get strong legal cousel in Hyderabad
