498a files, need help and advice

File for Anticipatory Bail. As long as you are repesented in the court of law, you won't be declared PO/ LoC won't be issued against you.

My wife has filed 498a, DV act and now 125crpc maintace. She has left me from januray 2012 and june she has filed that cases. I am earnign 60K slary per month. 

Now please tell me how much interim maintace she can get from my slary. She is also 8th month pregnant.

Its better not to get in any guess work. If she is 8 months pregnant, the sympathy of the court would be with her, so you can expect some adverse orders in near future.

Thanks for promt answer, Please could you tell me how much she can take. My Lawyer is saying migh tbe 1/3 of my salry. Also she had filed 498a and DV act aswell. 

One more thing wether the recovery of Gold will happen as well as she has already taken GOLD back which she has bring. Also on what bases recovery happen as we don't have any gold which she has bring while marriage.
