My wife filed 498a saying during marriage she gave 20lac dowry and 500gms gold and I'm harrasing and torturing her to get additional dowry, actually she filed private complaint nd case got registered, no investigation happen, but charge sheet filed based on fir and 5 of her relatives signed the fir/charge sheet. She lived with me in Karnataka but she filed case on parents nd sisters, I came to know about the case after 4 months by tht time chargesheet was filed, her lawyer managed to file chargesheet with out investigation.
She submitted this fir nd charge sheet as evidence in my divorce case as part of respondent evidence.
Just fir nd chargesheet will serve as proof nd if those 5 people will come nd tell they saw giving gold nd dowry to me , court agrees that with out any proper bill?
Usually wht proof need to be submitted to prove dowry nd gold given to husband?
