498A quashing

I have filed a 498A quashing in Hyderabad high court in April,2018. Till now only notices served.nothing happened. The lawyer isn't taking any interest and saying it is normal. What shall I have to do to get it posted for early hearing, my wife was arrested for cheating case filed by me, on bail now. she filed 498A on her previous husband and other cases on some people, doing settlement business. thanks for your valuable time and advice.
