I married to a divorcee women in 2015.there is no pheras,marriage card etc. a simple garland exchange.
now we had a child with the union.in 2015 last.she is demanding 25 lakh to divorce and not ready to come with me. I went her home but she filed FIR and 151 crpc and send me in jail.is she file 498a .
