My father has purchased agriculture land on 01/10/1987 at post Amble, taluka Purandhar, district Pune but he has not registed his name on 7-12. He passed away on 23/12/1999.
I sent application to tehshil office for the same. Village talathi had sent notice to another party thru registred post but RPD has came backed without acceptance (they are no longer stay on that address which my purchased deed has).
Circle Inspector is insisting me to find out the person and bring them for signatures (beause my purchased deed is old) otherwise he will not approve registration of my name on 7-12.
What should I answer to talthi and circle inspector?
