My uncle has a shop in pune(mah) which he has not rented since the time he bought it about 15 years back. He wants to sell the shop but the building office says that now since he has not rented the shop for 7 years they can claim and possess it. they say it is some new law passed under which if shop is not rented for certain number of years, the builder of the building or the building office can acquire that shop.
Just wanted to know if such thing exists?
