A case against electronic media / television channel

Every advise depends upon the specific facts and circumstances of that case. What you have queried is a general question, the answer to which must be known to you, as you seem to be a social activist. Yes, there be a way to file a case against such biased TV channels which conduct such programs. 

The manner of filing the case depends upon the gravity and nature of offense. Do consult some Lawyer in person to solve your matter. I don't think this is a platform to enlist the whole process of filing cases and solving your problem then and there. The Lawyers invest their time and money to have personal conference with their clients and not to go about typing everything which they ought to be doing practically.
