A summary suite was filled against me at Ahmedabad small cause court

status of the case is. summans for judgement & next date is 4sept1917,ihave not yet appointed lawyer,what should I do?

Engage a local lawyer and file application leave to defend within 10 days from the receipt of summon for judgment.In case of your absence court may pronounce judgment.

U do not know the law and order procedure. So u should engage an officer for that who will execute ur problemy on behalf of u.

As rightly suggested above, you should immidiately get in touch with a local advocate who can help you through the legal proceedings smoothly, without substantial loss to you in terms of the damages/compensation you may have to pay and other expenses.
