Now,having attended the Final counsilling session, i can now clarify the following quesiton which i raised:
It depends th ekind of bail you recieve from the local court, eg. i our case the order was from Court directing LOCAL POLICE , not to arrest , so in such case the jurisdiction or coverage of the bail order protection was in our local area (area under local police station ie: local residence) as such we again need to avail NB in kolkata.
But again, the police cannot arrest you immediately till the councilling report is prepared and given, this arrest can happen only in case of some other incident or henious crime during councilling sessions.
