Ab for 438crpc U/S 498A

What is the chances of getting Anticipatory Bail for husband in High Court for the case filed 438crpc U/S 498A? Previously the AB had been rejected in Session Court as the girl stuff wasn't returned till that date, but now it has been handed over to girl at Police Station.

NDPS for not returning the istridhan?

It has to be S.406 IPC. If you are talking about 406 then the chances of getting AB from the High Court are very bright if the case is argued properly by the lawyer.
