SIR/MADAM,
1. I am one of the candidates who got selected in 2013-14 direct recruitment exam of DEPARTMENT OF POSTS, GOVT. OF INDIA , in the month of December '2015.
2. Presently the respective divisions, in which we have been selected , have completed our pre joining formalities like verifications of study , PVR, Caste verifictions etc.
3.Some of the candidates in different states got their joining, some are withheld in mid of their training procedure , and most of them are not joined at all.
4, Candidates who are withheld in mid of training or the candidates who are not given any chance of training are said to be "kept in abeyance till further order " by DOP on 27th April'2015 vide letter no.A-34013/05/2014-DE linked herewith
5. By RTI enquiry we came to know that DOP is carrying over a Vigilance enquiry regarding this recruitment panel and due to that the process is kept in abeyance.
6. But 4 months have gone and we are not getting any such informations from DOP about our joining .
In this state of our misfortune , I have some questions for your respective forum...
- Can we go for a CAT case?
- As DOP withheld our joining(2013-14 batch) and declared recruitment notice of 2015-16 under SSC combined higher secondary level examination which is likely to be held in coming November'2015 , can we file a petition to honourable High Court to look into the matter and withheld the examination until the recruitment procedure of the previous batch( our batch) is completed.
- What should be done which is lawful and get us our job without any further delay
Please send your valuable replies and consequences for moving in a legal procedure with a Govt Organisation(DOP).
