what essentials are required to complete d offence. woman beat the boy in front of crowd hit him slapped him.., and then filed 354 d against the innocent boy. is there any defence d boy can take

It is a non compoundable offence within the meaning of section 320 of C.P.C. At the same time, if both the parties compromise the matter, then petition under section 482 of Cr.p.c.can be filed in the concern high court for quashing of the case on the basis of compromise.
