RESPECTED SIR, IF CHARGESHEET IS NOT FILED WITH IN 90VDAYS.....THEN ACCUSED ARE ENTITLED TO BAIL OR IT IS STILL DISCRETIONARY POWER OF THE COURT.....

if there is strong evidence avilable against the accused of murder still he is entitled?

if there is strong evidence avilable against the accused of murder,but chargesheet is not filed in 90 days is he still entitled for a bail
