About evidence act

Sir ; if witness not proved his document and exebit not show on file.  is those document admissible in evidence act ? Please give supreme court judgement in this situation. Thanks

The documents not marked as exhibits are not admissible as evidence. You dont need a judgement for this.  Further you can search for the settled law citation in the indian kanoon.org website yourself.
