IS selling online (women's sarees) are covered under legal metrology act 2009 & (packaged commodity) rules 2011 ??

Legal Metrology Registration Online for any manufacturer or dealer of weights and measures or related instruments and any packer or importer of packaged commodities is subject to the Legal Metrology Act and its underlying rules and regulations
