Now a days private teacher job is like a sales man.Every teacher should attend to school on holidays ..sundays etc..There is no proper pay scale for the private teacher.There is no job security.Teacher is having admission targets like marketing executives..So many private and corporate schools in ANDHRAPRADESH are not PF ESI facilities for the teacher...Now a days teacher has become use and throw as a napkin at lunch.
I request you to tell laws favour to private teachers that would give moral support in the society as a private teacher and as a human being...
