About Stay of criminal proceeding after Supreme Court order

One case of Sec 302 is under proceeding stay from Sep 2017 till the final disposal of writ of 482. What will be the effect of order of Supreme Court dated 28 Mar 2018 on this matter on lower court proceedings . Kindly let me know.

Assuming  there is stay from Apex court till the final disposal of the 482 petition. Any order from lower court will not carry weight and cannot enforced.
