I was giving a bail surity before jmfc court as per order . at that time i filled pay slip and form 16 of surity for his solvancy . court asked for the provision under which pay slip holder is capable for giving surity?
Is pay slip holder or Salaried person is capable or not? how?

In practise, certified copy of immovable property documents are generally given by the surety along with surety bond in the Court.
