Submit the leave application supported by the copy of the bed rest advice/medical certificate issued by doctor, under proper acknowledgment to reporting/sanctioning authority and request for sanction of leave.
Give a chance to reporting/sanctioning authority/employer to respond to you.

Hi,
I have pursued the same with the organization and they have replied back saying as i am in probation period, prolonged/long leave(>2 weeks) is not acceptable.
I am scared if they will take a decision to fire me from the organization.

Is the reply in writing?
To defend your interest:
"Submit the leave application supported by the copy of the bed rest advice/medical certificate issued by doctor, under proper acknowledgment to reporting/sanctioning authority and request to supply sanction of leave/reply in writing."
Are you covered by Group Mediclaim Policy thru the company or ESIC?
Submit the info to insurance company also and submit the claim for refund in time.
It is also possible that company may ask you, tactfully, to resign and in such a case record all such calls and submit notice of resignation and avoid resignation with immediate effect.
Your apprehensions is not without any reason. Some companies insert in appointment letter, HR policy that employment can be terminated in case of prolonged absence from duty even if due to sickness.
Still termination due to sickness may get termed as bad order.
Handle the matter carefully and tactfully.
If you have full record of sickness then it is good.
Falling sick is not misconduct. Anyone can fall sick.
If you can't handle the matter on your own entrust it to your lawyer.
If company resorts to termination the mediclaim policy shall also be terminated on the same day.
You may buy Individual Mediclaim Policy from General Insurance Company (preferably Govt/Public Sector Company). You can avail relief from IT u/s 80D and shall not be without coverage.
