Sir/Madam,
I had worked with an IT firm for a period of 9 months.I had signed a bond for 2 years but as I wanted to pursue my studies further I decided to leave the organization.I discussed with my team lead who asked me to discuss with the HR. Confused I decided to discontinue services after a few days by just informing them of my resignation through mail only.I did not go to the office from the next day.Now two years have gone and I have got an offer from another firm.As a relieving letter is important to them I am trying to get it from my previous employer.
As I have bond money to pay they are ready to give me an experience certificate and not a relieving letter as now it has turned from a case of abscounding to termination.
Please tell me will my current employer agree with only experience letter and no relieving letter?what other alternative can be done so that my previous employer isses relieving letter or any letter which olds good as my relieving letter.Please will advice me what step should I take next..
