 A abuses B in private place, no one else is present there. what offence A has cpmmitted and under which section.

No offence - no defamation since no publication. It is not criminal intimidation also. All the more the courts have repeatedly said "de minimis non curat lex" S.85 - trifling wrong - no man of ordinary sense & temper would complain of it - is an exception - giving complete criminal immunity.
