Just file an RTI  in police station and see what  is their response, if you are certain that the girl is in costody of police then you need to file for writ of Hbeas  Corpus.

The facts posted are less than convincing and impossible, legally. Certainly there are deeper issues. Please post complete facts.

the accused has abducted a girl since a month. now the father of the girl has been visiting a girl.
we have traced the mobile number of accused, after that we have given the details of phone number and location of accused. after all the efforts police were not investing the matter. the accused is not arrested yet.
yesterday father of girl went to the police station and police said that they are doing there job and should not be intervened in their investigation.

but after giving all the details they are not arresting the accused and eventually the girl is missing
