Hi everbody,
I am follwing this forum for months but I am not getting any exact answers from other peoples experince.
I had filed 2 cheque bounce case against accused who is now absconding from last 8 years.
1 case was dismmised under - Uncontested--DISMISSED
2 Case went till lok adalat and also was dismissed under - Contested--DISMISSED IN DEFAULT
When these cases where going on I was not able to attend court due to some persoanl issues.
Now after 8 years I finally know where is the accused so my question is how can I reopen my case and get an arrest warrant or a look out notice from court or stop him from leaving the country.
