There is an agricultural land plot area of 1 hectares in the name of some other person. Which was acquired by our ancestor before 40 years , by force, and we are cultivating seed therein from last 40 years. Now the person who are real owner as per documents appeared before us and asking us to give up that plot as he claim to be owner as per documents. What should we do in such instance because we are in capture of land from last 40 years and there is my building also in which we lives .
