My mother baught a small piece of land in 1997. However the documents that were given to her were not registered and they were notarized. She paid the complete amount as per mentioned in the agreement to sale. We wish to get the property registered and came to know that this can be done through act 1958, section 33. Could you please guide on the following :
1) what is this act means?
2) Who is DASTA LIHUN DENARACHE NAV
3) Who is DASTA LIHUN GHENARACE NAV
It shall be of a great help if you could guide on how this can be worked out.
