I wanted to join a Political party and attended their Spacial Enrolment meet held during December 2014 wherein they collected Rs.1000/- from me towards membership card and provided me receipt to this effect.Thereafter, as there was no response from them I sent a registered letter to the party's Head quarters during May 2015 and reported the pending issue. As I did not receive any response for this also and left with no other alternative, I have sent a registered letter again along with a photo copy o f the receipt during JULY 2015 directly to the President of the party and sought for refund of the amount paid by me. However , neither I received membership Card nor refund till date. I request the experts concerned as what could be my further action in the matter? Thanking you in anticipation.
