I am doing my business of metals in Ahmedabad.
I sold metal to one ahmedabad based gearbox manufacturer.
The Manufacturer misused the registered design of shape of Gearbox of one Bangalore party. Bangalore party filed criminal case against Ahmedabad manufacturer stating that manufacturer has purchased the digrams of Gearbox from one of Bangalore partie's employee and manufactured the gear box using the digrams and thereby infringed the registered design.
Bangalore aprty filed the complaint there. on the basis of complaint, FIR loged and CCB ( EOW) came to Ahmedabad and freezed the accounts of ahmedabad based manufacturer.
My account is also freezed just because i sold the metal to ahmedabad based manufacturer and received sales amount in my account.
The act of design infringement/ misuse, is not economic offence and I am no way connected with that infringement act, however CCB ( EOW) Bangalore freezed my bank account.
I have loan liability. To pay my loan installments, i am compelled to borrow money and pay interest on that though i am having large amount in freezed bank account . I am facing financial losses unnecessarily.
I am going to initiate action for defreezing the account. But simultaniously i want to take action against CCB ( EOW) and that Bangalore party.
Please guide me waht action I can take against CCB ( EOW) and that Bangalore party.
