If it is a criminal case then it is pertinent that the accused should be present before court on the date of hearing or atleast his advocate should file an exemption petition if the accused is unable to appear before court on the date of hearing.
If none of the things happened then the court will issue a non bailable warrant.
However you can file a petition to recall the NBW on any day on or before the next date of hearing to avoid the court executing the arrest warrant.
You may inform your advocate to file a warrant recall petition at the earliest time.

Get the warrants cancelled / stayed through your lawyer as soon as possible but before the next date of hearing.
What is advised by your lawyer ?
P. Venu (Advocate) 30 December 2024
A petition to recall the warrant could be filed by advancing the next date of hearing. Validity or gravity of the offences alleged are of rtelevance in getting the warrant recalled.
