My parents died 2 years back leaving behind 2 flats in Mumbai (in same society). We are 3 children (1 brothers and 2 sisters).
In one of these flats, my brother is nominee and no nominee has been assigned on other flat. Even after lot of request, my brother is not willing to give us (me and my sister) our share. So I (me alone) am planning to put across an objection certificate in the society (as the society is considering re-development) followed by a notice claiming my right in both the flats.
An approx. valuation of these flats would be somewhere around 2.5 crore (total of both the properties) and as per my understanding I have right to 1/3 share.
I would like to know the approx. ad valorem court fee for this case that i will have to pay.
