Adding surname in my marriage certificate

As my Marriage certificate has my name with initials, I want to replace it with surname

You need to approach to the office of registrsr that issued the certificate, They will provide a format for name change or correction of name. Just fill that form with the suppourting documents and that will do

it's a truth sir, but the problem is I need it to get a spousal visa. the name in my marriage certificate should match the passport.
