Adhar card and banks

Sir , are banks justified in asking for adhar card details. How safe is our data?. How much chances are there for the SC to strike this rule as  SC it self had ruled we have right to have privacy.

In fact only one bank account can be operated for each Ashar card. Therefore, this concept may not work with banks.

Reserve Bank of India circular making it mandatory to link all bank accounts linked with aadhar card is challenged before Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, where the case is under "active" consideration.

Just wait and watch for the verdict.

It is unfair that one can link only one Bank Account with Aadhaar. SBI and some other Banks have made provision to link more than one Account.

What happens when a person holds an individual A/c anf an Account as Karta of HUF and as an operating person of a Partnership Bank.

INDIAN BAnk permits only one Account to ber linked.

SBI permits Individual, "E or S" and HUF Accounts and other Accounts if any.

No one is bothered
