ADHD is one of the most common neurodevelopmental disorders of childhood. It is usually first diagnosed in childhood and often lasts into adulthood.
Legally ADHD is not considered as a disability as neither the National Trust Act of the Rights of Persons with Disability Act ofg neruro mental disorder. Currently there is no provision for certifying children with ADHD. ,
Most children with ADHD are denied SSI benefits. Only those with the most severe problems are approved.”
