I am staying in a Housing Complex which is yet to be registered by the builder. We have an adhoc committee dealing with the builder to form the society. I am staying with my son who is the flat owner. Can I become member of the adhoc committee or society working committee when election is held. To be precise, am I eligible to contest the election when I am not the flat owner?. Pl advise me. Narayanan
