I know one female, about 36y, who has been admitted forcefully into a psychiatric rehabilitation center, apparently by her own father, against her own wishes.
Is it legal? Nobody has visited her in the last one month and I have no relation with her. I want to get her out and get her examined by a good psychiatrist. I admit that she has some problem, but she has done M.Sc. and also some research for several years. Please advise
