sir

any one can pls help me! actually my freind wish to do BL / LLB in regular course. His aggregate marks is 40%. pls tell the universities offering BL/LLB degree for the above aggregate marks. preferably in andhra pradesh and karnataka.

There are a plenty of universities offer LLB in AP and KA.  Some of them are Bangalore University, SV University, Andhra, Osmani, Yogi Vermana, Nagarjuna, etc.
