Adoption of first child of the couple

Require suggestion of any child who is just three months old is adopted by close relative forcefully and den the husband has given divorce to the gal stating that that they were living separately for past one year and marriage is lasting only for 1 year 5 month's can this adoption deed n cancelled and the baby will n given back to the child appreciate it response

If adoption has taken place by force, it can be revoked by biological mother by approaching court.
