Adoption of friend's child

Hi Ram in Indian law never mention that friend or othe not adopt child but there some term and condition in law according law you adopt child 

in your case if there parents mother or father any of them alive or other who gurdian of child than you need to take permission of them and you also valid to take adoption of child as if child is girl than you have no girl before and if child is boy than you have not any boy before so same like other term you need to follow than you adopt a child
