i have few doubts on consenting s*x between adults in India . i request you to please enlighten me on this subject.
Is the consenting s*x between adults ( 18 years and above ) legal in India ?
If the s*x between married couple (outside their marriage ) with consent of both parties ,is it legal ?
if the consenting s*x between married adult ( man or woman ) and un-married adult ( man or woman ) is legal ?
To call it a consenting s*x between partners what proof is required to establish the fact that they its being done with consent and wilfully by the partners ?
signing the terms and conditions before the act , will it be valid ?
if any other legal information provided will be helpfull , please.
