Thanks for the immediate replay. I have another one doubt. My family is living in government land for past 31 years which we purchased under registered sale deed. The seller didn't have any title since it is Governement land . We have been living without break for 31 years after construting pucca structure, Can we claim declaration for title against Government since the purchase void by using above SC-CLJ-2008-205 order by supreme court.
Please clarify .And Once more thanks again for the clarifications provided.

According to my knowledge prescreptory right over govt land arises after continuous uninterrupted possession of more than 30 years over govt land .
Let the openion of seniors come.
