Advice need DV Act

i am appearing for the respondent husband in the matter of application file by the applicant wife under the DV Act.

Hon'ble Court has given Interim Maintenance order in favour of the applicant wife.

Respondent Husband is working in Shipping Company, he is not working since last 7 month and he want to go for job. Onbehalf of Respondent husband i filed an application U/s 317 of Cr.P.C. for expemption of appearence of the husband and the same hon,ble judge pleased to pass an order on my said application and accordingly it was rejected.

my question is that:...

where we can challenge the order?

If husband not earn then can application for stop payment of  maintenance may moove.
