I need advice on 498a.Please see the my problem and help me and suggest how to proceed with thissituation.
It would be good help tome to explain from starting.
I got her profile through Bharat Matrimony.
I saw her profile in Bharat matrimony and then I contacted her parents and
got the Jataks (Date of Birth and other detaisl). we shown to poojari and
it got matched and they fixed marriage.we got marriage.
One day I saw her 10th class marks memo and then I came to know she elder than me and after that I felt
very sad and irritated and am not at all interested to continue our
marriage life with that elder girl.
Before marriage i got email from her like am not interested to marry you
and i have boyfriend and enjoyed alot with
him. then i contacted her and parents and they convinced me that is not
from our daughter and excuse us like that.
Now she is creating problems to me. when i go to office she is coming out
side from Home and meeting her boy fried. I
told so many times to her dont go outside and be at home and if u want to
go outside or see and eat or i will be with u
till going to office and i told if any urgent u go to outside am not
restricting like that told to her and she is
not at all listening my words and irritating me.i dont have any proof
except her email before marrriage which i got
her email.
One day when I was in Office, I called her and talking and immeidiately she
switched off her mobile and then I got
scared and immeidiately left the office and went home and we had argued
both and she is not at all listening my words
and she is telling i will go to outside and dont listen ur words and do
whatever u want and dont care like that she
is telling.
Before she had affair with her boyfriend and I told her many times now also
she is meeting her boyfriend when i come to
office.
I came to know her family members are planning to do something on me.and
she is going her home town soon, am getting
scare any problems create on me.
she is going outside when i am not there at home. what action u want me
take on that?
I am not at all interested to stay with her and continue
our marriage life.Please advice how shall I proceed with this situation.I
want to take divorce from her and what is the procedure and is there any
problems create ? if so, what kind of problems i have to face.
Please advice if they file case under 498a and what steps we need to follow
me and my parents before that.
what is the procedure to take Anticipatory Bail to me and my parents. To
whom I need to contact ?, how many days it
will take to get that? when u want me apply for Anticipatory Bail. and
where u want me apply Anticipatory Bail at my home town or Bangalore
because am in Bangalore and my parents is there at home it is 650km from
bangalore.and where u want me consult lawyer in Bangalore or Home town.
Is there any case file u want me file on my wife before going her hometown.
I have no sleep, irritation, scaring every single second and I dont want to
share my whole life with her.
