Advice on rcr and email proofs

Hi, My wife left home one month back taking gold and money. now she is telling I will never come like that. I am staying in Chennai and my parents are staying Karanataka. my wife's parents also staying karnataka different distict. when I asked to my wife she told I will not come and we asked to her parents first they told we will not send and now they are telling we come to ur parents home and we will not send cheenai.and they planning to do some nuisense and drama at my parents home. I told to my wife's parents u come to directly to cheennai and I will call to my father also to chennai. we will discuss. but now they are telling we will not come to chennai and we come to ur parents home. if they do any nuisense and drams at parents home and Is my parents can file any cases on them ? if so please advice.

My father in law and wife telling we will file 498A and some false cases on me and my parents like that threatening to us. Please advice how to proceed with this situation.

Questions

1.If I file RCR on my wife,what cases she can file against to me?

2.Email proofs and voice recordings sufficient proofs?

3.My wife and her father are not ready for reconciliation? now they are silent we have no communication with them.what kind of cases can I expect from them?I want save my parents , what precautions u want me take on that.which is best way to protect my parents and my wife didnt stay one day at my parents home?

4.Now they are silent we dont know what their intention and Once my wife start file cases after that u want me start or u want me file RCR now?

5.I want to save my parents from this, because they are aged and uneducated and they dont know anything.

Please advise on above quetions. Thanks for ur valuable time and thanks in advance.

you can contact advocate from your parents' village and get restraining order from civil court restraining your in-laws to visit your parents' place. But that will be retaliated by your in-laws by filing S. 498-A case against you. Choice is yours.

with only one month rcr will not work and it takes long time

in your case befor they come to your parents house you and some relative go to your in laws house and have discussion before they try to file compromise and take her to your home because even if they go to your parents home or they complain 498a case then your parents are the sufferers so leave all and go to them have a strengtey discussion solve the problem

She might file a false case against your dad.

Meet them once with people from your side and talk straight and ask what they want. This is a problem which you have to face. Be humble and soft and find out what they want. Record all without their knowledge. Ask time for your decisions. Dont reply them anything in that meeting. Later next course of action can be decided.

Hi All, Thanks for ur quick advices. the problem is they are not coming to chennai. where am staying and if they come to my parents home they file false cases against my parents and if we go to my wife's home she will file all cases on us.we are in dilema what to do. Please advice how shall we proceed with this situation. we dont know what their intention.

Only solution. File directly divorce petition. If you care for your family, your parents. Dont make your parents feel that they did a mistake by getting you married.

File for divorce immediately. Once matter is in court, nobody will rcv complaint against you and your parents in any police station.

Hi, Thanks for valuable suggestion. I got married in Dec 2012 and completed only 7 months.If I file Divorce petition,she may file RCR,498A, and 125maintaince against to my Divorce petition. Few days back I saw one of the post in this forum.Please advice.

For anything to do, you should have guts.

If you get scared for each and everything, you cannot lead normal life anywhere in the world.

I advice you once again, there are only two ways, either accept erring/adamant/violent wife and suffer throughout your life or file for divorce, they might file 498a, PWDVA 2005, 125 crpc etc etc on you, you have to face it, no other go.

No more suggestions can be given with regard to this.

Be a man, face things, crying in a catch 22 situation is no good.
