Hi Sir, Wife filed 498a on me and family and now chargesheet filed. From my place to wife place distance is 900kms. I want to apply for certify copy of chargesheet. Our advocate is on Vacation. I contacted one court clerk through phone for certify copy. He is asking me that Send Memo of Apperance copy with signature and also he is telling it is compulsory to apply for Chargesheet and he is going to apply through other advocate.
1) Please advise is it compulsory "MEMO OF APPERANCE COPY WITH SIGNATURE " required to apply for Chargesheet certify copy in court?
2) Please advise if apply through RTI for charge sheet wheather I will get?
