Affidavit of one and same person

Hi All,

My wife different surname in her education document than her passport, Would like to get Affidavit of"one and same Person".

We are currently living outside India at the moment, ist possible to get it from Notary without she coming to India.

Can you please suggest how to get this affidavit, as we badly need one immediately.

For what purpose you require it? which country your are?

Not possible to come india and do it by her self.

Only the person making oath can make it his own and no other prson can made it.

Thanks for your reply..

We are living in Singapore, and we want this for Immigration purpose.

Ist still legal if we make affidavit on her own if she cant come to India.

Please advise how to go about it.

You also need to mention the State from which you Belong in India so that we can assist you accordingly.
