After null void can we met?????

Dear sir/madam,

My situation is very worst .we both do not want null and void of our marriage which was solemonised under special marriage act but circustances is very poor ,we both know it will happen in some days.i want to know can she challenged the null void to High court if yes within how many days?

what is the proccedings?

After cancellation of marriage what will be the chances of again marriage and proccedings if possible plz help

she needs 2 year .......what can i do? in few days our marriage will be nullify on grounds of exparte decree..............but we want to live together forever .

Who is the petitioner in null and void marriage and what grounds a prayer was made for null and void. Without these details, difficult to answer to your question.

myself is petitioner on ground of non consumption of marriage under sec 25(1) .........but it is not true we both have consumate the marriage.....they have planned by threatening me and told me that if i not file petition they have killed my wife i was totally helpless at that time....plz help me in this regards sir...................

I think I have alreaddy replied to your question. You have to file habeas corpus petition in High Court and your wife will come there and give the statement about her illegal custody then court will give you both protection and later on you can withdraw null and void case.
