After RCR,False Case 498a against husband & Family.

It depends on  the contents of objection filed by wife against RCR petition. If it is in husband's favour, husband may approach to HC under 482 Cr.P.C.

Prove that your wife was cruel to you and no dowery has been taken at all and then file case pr perjury and defamation against them.

Im[plicate them in possible cases of drugs, bribery, accident,infidelity etc.etc.

This is normal feature in the matrimonial cases. Husband files RCR and wife 498A. Get touch with your counsel, he will guide you.

If husband files RCR can she file 498A in case she has written in the affidavit for registration of marriage that no dowery has been given and infact no dowery has ever been given.

She left 8 months ago after injuring husband which he comminucated to her and at earlier occassion she had broken fingre of husband and that was also communicate to her and she kept on stopping preparing food for husband and his son but use too prepare food for herself and her child as this issue of second marriage inwhich husband was widoer with one child and wife was divorcee with one child.

Husband was spenind on all the expenses and on the ducation of child of wife also ab=nd wife was not worjking but now she has started working and staying with her parents.

She had taken huge money from hwr first husband for herself and her child.

No case is pending anywhere.

Please advise what to do.

They want some unreasonable demands to be met first then she will be back and at many occassions her parents and she has said to take divocre and get married again and has written this on mail also but she is not ready to go to court. 

She is not ready to go for mediation and counselling also as she said she went this process in earlier marriage also and it has no use.

Husband wants her back.

Please advise what to do on urgent basis.
