Aggricultural land issue between brothers

My grand father had 10 acres agricultural land.he divided it to 3 sons as per the value of the land.
Because of this reason they got the shares as below..
1st son-->5 acres=5 lacs rupees
2nd son-->2 acres=5 lacs rupees
3rd son-->3 acres=5 lacs rupees

After 10 years,The 2nd son's wife has sent notice saying that 1st son has acquired 3 acres  more because of his husband's innocence at that time.And she is demanding for equal share as per the current land value.Now the 1st son's land value is increased because he spent more money to make it better.
Here the 1st son is my father and he is having all the proofs for the agreement signatures between them on land separation and the development expence.But we don't have any proof of land rates when they separated land.

The family settlement deed is itself sufficient for prove of family partition.
